At Blake Contractors, we don’t just hire staff – we invest in the future of skilled trades.

For over 20 years, apprentices have been a key part of our business. Many have gone on to become fully qualified professionals, supervisors, or even business owners, gaining real-world experience and upholding the high standards our clients expect across electrical, building and fire & security services.

This year, during National Apprenticeship Week (10–16 February 2025), we’re proud to have Cody on board as an electrical apprentice.
Like many in the trades, Cody’s opportunity came through a trusted recommendation. A friend of his dad’s – one of our experienced subcontractors – knew he had the right attitude to succeed. And that’s exactly what we look for.
